Also, known as D.R. Speaks, DeAndre Riley is an author, inspirational speaker, and entrepreneur. He and his wife, Lady Porsha are the founders of a speaking, consulting, and coaching company, Strive Empowerment Services. In addition, they are the founders of Young Married Couple, a marriage empowerment program. He is also the founder of Man Up Empowerment, Inc., a men's empowerment organization aimed at uplifting and empowering men to live lives of greatness. He is the acclaimed author of Greatness Unleashed: Inspire. Inform. Instruct. Impact., and Good Success: God's Blueprint for Successful Living.
DeAndre will tell you that his greatest joy is being the husband to the lovely Porsha Riley. He often exclaims, 'she makes me better. He is the proud father of three beautiful children: Serenity Michelle, DeAndre Jr., and Darren Marvin.

Porsha Riley is an educator, encourager and natural leader. In addition to ministry involvements, being a mother, and a loving wife, she is the Director of Growing Minds Learning Center - Mack in Detroit, MI. She is the founder of Woman to Woman Empowerment, an organization that seeks strengthen and empower women to realize their potential and live in their Godly purpose. Her commitment to encouraging women is unmatched. She's concerned about the needs of others, and wants everyone to experience God's best.
Porsha Riley, is a graduate of Wayne State University in Detroit, MI. There she received a Bachelors of Science in Corporate Finance. She also received her Masters in Education Administration Leadership from University of Detroit Mercy. She in currently a PhD candidate at Oakland University.
